On Saturday, August 31, the final for 7- and 8-year-old horses took place at the Brussels Stephex Masters. Both age groups were presented with the same challenging course. For the 7-year-olds, the jumps were set at a height of 1.40 meters, and for the 8-year-olds, they were raised to 1.45 meters. In this competition, it was Stephex rider Petronella Andersson who claimed the victory. Together with her 8-year-old mare Coyotte Pommex Z (Windows vh Costersveld x Karandasj | Zangersheide), she sped through the jump-off to achieve an unbeatable time of 30.29 seconds. This was nearly a second faster than her fellow Stephex rider Kendra Claricia Brinkop, who clocked a time of 31.06 seconds with her mare Emeraude Pommex Z (Emerald x Kannan | Zangersheide). Both horses were bred by Haras De La Pomme and Stephex. Third place went to Jessica Springsteen with her 8-year- old stallion Gmail (Cornet Obolensky x Diamant de Semilly). An absolute top performance by the Stephex home team!
