Event Regulations – Brussels Stephex Masters
ACCESS TO THE EVENT SITE
Only the person with the first (original) event ticket will be granted access to the event and/or stable grounds. Tickets that are copied or duplicated will not grant access.
PROHIBITED ITEMS ON THE EVENT SITE
The following items are not allowed to be brought onto the premises:
– Liquids, glass, cans, camelbaks, sharp objects.
– Alcohol, nitrous oxide, drugs, or other intoxicants.
– Sound, film, video, and photographic equipment.
– Fires or other dangerous items.
– Any other item deemed unnecessary or dangerous by the organization.
Persons up to and including 14 years of age are not permitted without the supervision of an adult guardian or parent.
Visitors may be subject to security checks, including body searches and bag inspections at the entrance. Refusal to cooperate with these checks will result in denial of entry. Possession of drugs or other prohibited substances will also result in immediate denial of entry.
BEHAVIOR AND SAFETY
The organization reserves the right to refuse or remove visitors from the site if:
– Their behavior indicates involvement in drug trafficking.
– They have previously possessed weapons or drugs on or near the site.
– They have caused serious problems in the past.
– They are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The organization may also conduct identity checks to verify age and employ electronic surveillance with cameras on the event grounds and parking areas.
LIABILITY
The organizer and staff cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or theft, nor for any accidents. Official merchandise is only sold within the event grounds.
Handing out gadgets, flyers, samples, or other promotional materials at or near the entrance or within the venue is prohibited without prior written permission.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Brussels Stephex Masters is an event for everyone. Inappropriate or transgressive behavior will not be tolerated. In the event of a criminal offense, the police will be involved.
TICKET CONDITIONS
By purchasing or reserving an admission ticket, you agree to the event and ticket regulations. Violations will be sanctioned, and the organization reserves the right to deny access to individuals. If you violate the regulations, you are personally liable and must indemnify Equestrian Masters Promotion and the organization against any consequences, including third-party claims.
The organization also reserves the right to take legal action.
LIABILITY – CANCELLATION – FORCE MAJEURE – PROGRAM CHANGES
The organization is only liable for direct damages resulting from a shortcoming attributable to it, up to a maximum of the ticket’s value. Any form of indirect damage is excluded.
In the case of force majeure, the organization is not liable for the non-performance or partial performance of its obligations. Visitors or third parties who endanger the organization through their actions must fully indemnify the organization against all liability claims.
If the event is canceled, the ticket price (excluding service and administrative fees) will be refunded to the original purchaser.
In case of force majeure preventing the event from taking place, there is no obligation to refund or compensate unless explicitly agreed.
Program changes do not entitle ticket holders to a full or partial refund. The organization will always strive to provide an appropriate alternative.
