Practical

The where and what’s!

Be sure to mark your calendars from the 28th of August till the 1st of September 2024, as the most extraordinary Brussels Stephex Masters ever will unfold. 

Everyone is invited to soak in the magical atmosphere; admission and parking are free! 

All furry friends are invited to the paw-ty but keep them on a leash. Don’t forget to bring your pup’s poobags. Let’s keep it clean and make sure our furry friends leave only paw prints behind. 

The entrance is located at the beginning of Linthoutstraat. It is impossible to miss, as you will certainly hear us before you see us. Our entertainment team will be waiting to welcome you and your guests in the most spectacular way!

No obstacles can keep us from having a good time! We have made our event as accessible as possible for wheelchair users and people with disabilities. 

With loads of free parking for cars, bikes and scooters there’s no excuse not to come!

Sport

Riders unite!

Howdy riders! Are you ready for the showjumping event of the year? You can easily sign up by sending us an email at sport@stephex.com.

The sport program of 2024 will be available soon.

 

Yes, there will be a tribune to watch the show jumping from up close. Keep a close eye on our socials and website to find out more about the tribunes. 

Hospitality

Enjoy the experience!

Get ready to awaken your taste buds. We’ll be serving a variety of delicious food options to satisfy every craving. You’re welcome to seek for options in our food stands and public restaurant. Quench your thirst at our on-site bar! 

We’d love to have you involved with our upcoming shows! We have different partner packages available to fit your needs and budget.  

We are thrilled to welcome all at our Lifestyle Village.  For five days you will have the opportunity to showcase your products in a 5m x 5m stand. Take a look at our Exhibitor Fiche or contact us via email to book a spot.

We have three different VIP options for you to choose from: 

  • Trophy Club 
  • Champions Lounge 
  • Winner’s Suite

The Trophy Club and the Champions Lounge are available after reservation through: hospitality@stephex.com 

The Winner’s Suite is a special VIP Experience this year! This suite gives you the opportunity to order separate lunch or dining sessions. Order your tickets for our Winners Suite directly on our website! It’s quick, easy, and secure.
