The where and what’s!
Be sure to mark your calendars from the 27th of August till the 31st of August 2025, as the most extraordinary Brussels Stephex Masters ever will unfold.
Brussels Stephex Masters is located in the Linthoutstraat in Merchtem. Please follow the traffic signing to the event.
Everyone is invited to soak in the magical atmosphere; admission and parking are free! You need a free or VIP ticket to enter Brussels Stephex Masters.
All furry friends are invited to the paw-ty but keep them on a leash. Don’t forget to bring your pup’s poobags. Let’s keep it clean and make sure our furry friends leave only paw prints behind.
The entrance is located at the beginning of Linthoutstraat, Merchtem. It is impossible to miss, as you will certainly hear us before you see us. Our entertainment team will be waiting to welcome you and your guests in the most spectacular way!
No obstacles can keep us from having a good time! We have made our event as accessible as possible for wheelchair users and people with disabilities.
With loads of free parking for cars, bikes and scooters there’s no excuse not to come!

Get ready to awaken your taste buds. We’ll be serving a variety of delicious food options to satisfy every craving. You’re welcome to seek for options in our food stands and public restaurant. Quench your thirst at our on-site bar!
We’d love to have you involved with our upcoming shows! We have different partner packages available to fit your needs and budget.
We are thrilled to welcome all at our Lifestyle or Equestrian Village. For five days you will have the opportunity to showcase your products in a 5m x 5m stand. Take a look at our Exhibitor Fiche or contact us via email to book a spot.
We have three different VIP options for you to choose from:

- Champions Lounge
- Winner’s Suite
The Trophy Club and the Champions Lounge are available after reservation through: hospitality@stephex.com
The Winner’s Suite is a special VIP Experience this year! This suite gives you the opportunity to order separate lunch or dining sessions. Order your tickets for our Winners Suite directly on our website! It’s quick, easy, and secure.

Yes, you need a ticket to enter Brussels Stephex Masters. This can be a VIP ticket (Winners Suite, Throphy Club or Champions Lounge) or a free general admission ticket. If you don’t have a valid ticket, you will be denied at the entrance.
It can always happen but no need to worry! If you have lost your tickets, please click here and fill in the form.

No, your general admission ticket can be used for the full week. So, you only need 1 general admission ticket per person for the whole week. Please note that registration is required. Otherwise you can’t enter Brussels Stephex Masters.
