The STX Exclusive Breeding Collection auction offers a rare opportunity to purchase foals from famous top mares, combined with the best stallions. Many breeders, investors, stallion owners, and riders were eager to seize this opportunity and traveled to the Brussels Stephex Masters on Thursday evening, August 29. Additionally, many interested buyers participated online from all over the world.
Out of the 17 foals offered, an impressive 14 were sold, highlighting the trust in the quality and potential of these foals. The highlight of the evening was the auction topper, Hohneck Pommex Z (Heartbreaker x Kracotte Z – Kannan), which sold for an impressive 81,000 euros. With an average sale price of 47,000 euros per foal, this auction clearly demonstrates that there is still strong demand for top-quality foals. Notably, the mare foals were particularly popular, as they represent the ultimate dream for breeders who want to start with the best possible bloodlines or introduce new ones.
