The event takes place from August 28th to September 1st. The two absolute sports highlights are the CSIO5* Henders & Hazel Nations Cup on Friday evening, August 30th, and the CSIO5* Rolex Grand Prix on Sunday afternoon, September 1st.
Entrance and parking are free. You can find parking on Linthoutstraat in Merchtem. Be sure to follow the posted signs in the area to reach the designated parking as efficiently as possible. Some streets are closed, so keep in mind that your GPS might be inaccurate.

Drinks & food
You are warmly welcome in one of our public restaurants for a delicious meal. Don’t have the time or inclination for an extensive dinner? No problem! We also have several places where you can grab a quick yet delicious snack. Drinks are available in the public bars.
Come by bike
As we expect more than 40,000 people over the entire weekend, it might be busy getting to the Brussels Stephex Masters. It will probably be quicker to come by bike. Leave your bike in the bike parking area right next to the event entrance.
PS: Thanks to the effort of cycling, you’ll have an excuse to enjoy that Waffelmännke waffle with chocolate, banana, and anything else you can imagine 😉
Children
On Wednesday, August 28th, a kids’ day will take place. On this day, we have many fun activities for children, such as a bouncy castle, hobby horses, mini-golf, and more!
Can’t make it that day? No worries! We have daily activities for children, such as hobby horse jumping, face painting and the general entertainment, including our spectacular fireworks show!
Dogs
Your loyal four-legged friends are, of course, welcome at the Brussels Stephex Masters. Don’t forget your poop bags and keep them on a leash at all times. Well-behaved dogs might even get a gift from the entertainment team!
