Today, the Kids Day at the Brussels Stephex Masters brought the children’s village to life with thrilled kids, parents and grandparents. The day was filled with first pony rides, dancing little feet and brightly painted smiles. For parents, the Kids Day is the ideal moment to pass on their love for horses to the next generation, while enjoying cherished family moments at the end of the summer break.

Alongside the real horses, the hobby horses added plenty of fun. And for those still full of energy, there were bouncy castles, playgrounds and crazy adventures with the animation team.
Elfie and her daughter Yuna from Zele thoroughly enjoyed their day at the Brussels Stephex Masters. Elfie rode horses herself as a child and has been a regular visitor for several years. Last year she brought her daughter along for the first time, and this year there was no question: they both had to come back. Yuna was all smiles after her first experiences: “I didn’t know I would actually be allowed to sit on a horse. We even got to walk up and down a hill. When you go up, you just lean forward, and when you go down, you lean back a little.”
Her mother was delighted to see the excitement grow: “We’re already looking for a riding school to start lessons. I haven’t ridden myself for a while, so I come here every year to soak up the atmosphere of this wonderful sport. I love strolling around here. And the fact that admission is completely free is a real bonus. “Isn’t that amazing?”

Kids Day may be over, but young visitors can continue to enjoy the cheerful children’s village and the antics of the animation team all week long. So make sure to head to the Brussels Stephex Masters, running until 31 August.
