Stephex Stables’ Petronella Andersson wins Top Series STX Finance prize
Stephex Stables’ Petronella Andersson won Sunday’s feature class in the Top Series, the CSI3* 1.45m STX Finance Prize. Riding Eclatant (Berlin x Heartbreaker), the Swedish rider was the fastest of the seven in the jump-off in this world ranking class stopping the clock at 38.77 seconds. Great Britain’s Jessica Mendoza finished second with a time of 41.53 seconds aboard Dollar Girl 46 (Dollar du Murier x Escudo I). Third place went to Ireland’s Shane Sweetnam on Deleyn (Larimar 7 x Dobel’s Cento) with a time of 42.41 seconds in the jump-off.
In the Top Series 1.40m Roose Prize, Turkey’s Omer Karaevli and Livingstone van het Peggershof (Ogano Sitte x Thunder van de Zuuthoeve) went to the top. Once again, Jamie Azcarraga and Verdinale (Verdi TN x Drosselklang II) were in the ribbons as runners-up while Gonzalo Azcarraga on Haiti Z (Henry Z x Tis Voltaire) placed third.
